I sat at home debating whether to go out into the cold and late evening for my Church service for Ash Wednesday. As I wrangled with my inner thoughts, in the background I heard,
“Go and be counted”
and so I went, I received my Ash cross and I was among the counted. Counted to pass on the blessing to those who could not go.
As we start our journey in Lent, we do not know what to expect. We surround ourselves with our own doubtful shadows when in fact GOD’s light is always there. We just need to look through our shadows and see it. See Him.
